[User Interface] Some missing features comparing to Cipbia Client

Here's some missing features I've found recently regarding to UI.

1) Chats missing right-click menus:

2) Clickable menus - in all windows, not just there:

3) Missing shortcuts - more info here:

4) Hotkey menu:

• added spells can't be used by F1.. keys.
• can't add/clear items to hotkey
• can't choose purpose after clicking hotkey:
  

5) VIP list functionality is missing

6) ESC key should close all dialog windows (option menus, hotkeys, books etc.)

7) Quest Log functionality is missing
