this repo is for an an adjustable timeline display component, to be used in the coming open source votersrevenge project (described at votersrevenge.info). votersrevenge is designed to facilitate the formation of citizen action groups ("posses"), which self-organize to pressure elected officials, on the one hand. And, on the other hand, terminate their political careers, when their offences are egregious, enough.
