Web not building

Describe the bug
Web does not build because of "No rule to make target"

I tried building for web, then it came out but broken so I tried tor recompile it, then gives me this error'

make: *** No rule to make target 'build\us_web\bin\bbh_skybox.c', needed by 'build/us_web/bin/bbh_skybox.o'. Stop.

im using the basic command
make TARGET_WEB=1
to build the game im also using msys2 too. i followed every step of the building guide plz help

do u have emcc installed?

I do, i have everything installed
