A smart parking system application
ParkEasy is an innovative parking system comprising of special struuctured devices to indicate the availability of the parking slot at any given time. ParkEasy is based on IoT (Internet of Things) that in real-time environment have sensors and devices embedded into the parking space, that governs availability status and citizens can use their smartphones to use the application and look for empty parking spaces at peak hours. The Sensor posts the parking slot occupanncy status at web service url. The java based web service is built using spring and hibernate to connect to the backend system.
