Birthday-Reminder-Bot

What is it?

Birthday-Reminder-Bot is a discord bot which reminds you of birthdays, namedays or any other dates in dms. You have to host it yourself either locally or in the cloud (Heroku or Google cloud is 100% free)

Installation

Before installation go to https://discord.com/developers , create a bot user and copy the token as you will need it later
when done with previous step clone the repo

git clone https://github.com/smravec/Birthday-Reminder-Bot

now follow the instructions in config.py
when configured run the main.py file
