  • bfs_ising.nb generates Figure 7.
  • trivalent_forward.nb generates Figure 8.
  • barw.nb generates Figures 9,10.
  • sep.nb generates Figure 11. This file also generates and reads from the data files h0j0.dat, meanSt.dat, nnSt.dat and trainingData.dat for efficiency.

Additionally, GillespieLattice1D.wl contains the stochastic simulation code used by the SEP and BARW models.
