Description of feature/request
Read Offline is excellent - but if the user could build a list of posts and output them in PDF/EPUB/etc at once as a single file, you'd have a seriously credible book production system and a credible rival to Anthologize and even PressBooks.
This feature would be used to
Make ebooks or print books from a list of posts/pages, output together as a single PDF/EPUB/etc (with the styles in the settings applied across them all)
