This project is a visually-pleasing simulation of the solar system, written using only HTML and CSS. It features each of the eight planets in our solar system, along with a fictional dwarf planet. Each planet is orbiting in a elliptical path around the sun with different speeds to give a feel of actual Solar System.
- The simulation presents each of the eight planets and Sun in different colors and sizes with visually stunning radial gradients.
- It includes CSS animations to simulate the orbits of the planets around the sun.
- It is responsive and can adapt to any screen size and resolution.
- It can be useful for visualization, teaching, and learning aid.
All you need to do is open the index.html
file in your favorite browser to start the simulation.
You can customize the appearance of the planets, the sun, and the orbits by modifying the corresponding CSS code found in the styles.css
file.
