cookiecutter for avr development

Introduction

This is a simple boiler plate for avr development. It is setup to target the ATmega32u4 by default, but should be easy enough to adapt the makefile to another chips.

The boiler plate comes with a simple c file that will turn the LED on the PJRC Teensy 2.0 on and off. Your mileage may very if you try to run that program on other devices.
