Download seems not to work

I tried to access the download page: https://cassavabase.org/breeders/download. It seems to be locked.
When I select certain accessions and traits, the download seems to get stuck. The download button gets "activated" and the download wheel turns, but for several hours, nothing happened. I guess the download is stuck. But I can't discriminate this from the situation where the download just takes ages.
In case there is a lot to do for the database, is there any way how you can generate a percentage instead of the wheel? The wheel does not really give any information on how long I still need to wait or if the process does not advance at all.
