Notify the captain that the replays have been uploaded successfully

After #10, post a message to the original Discord post telling that the replays have been uploaded successfully. If it's possible, include links to the replays in Ballchasing. Mark the replays processed after this with the reaction as mentioned in #7. If Ballchasing gives an error, report the error in the thread too. Define how to handle error cases: will the bot try to upload the replays again later?
