OpenFOAM-11
Description: OpenFOAM Foundation repository for OpenFOAM version 11
1D-inviscid-burgers-eqaution-
The 1D inviscid burgers eqaution is solved numerically using the MacCormack, Godunov and Roe methods and using periodic boundary conditions
1D-Linear-Wave-Equation
The 1D linear wave equation is solved numerically with periodic boundary conditions using the Lax Wendroff and Lax Fredrichs methods with a sine and heavyside functions being used as initial conditions
1D-Linear-Wave-Equation-using-flux-limited-Lax-wendroffs-and-upwind-methods
The 1D linear wave equation is solved numerically using the flux limited Lax wendroffs method using the sine and top hat functions as the initial conditions and periodic boundary conditions
2-power-tile-game
2D-Shock-Vortex-interaction
The effect of the shock wave on an isentropic vortex is observed by using the Rusanov and the Macormack methods. The shock tube is coupled with the linearized gas dynamics equations.
One-Dimensional-Shock-Tube-the-Roe-and-Van-leer-Methods
The shock tube problem is solved numerically using the Van leer and the Roe methods. Additionally the MUSCL method is used as a smooth TVD limiter and the accuracy of both the methods with the limiter is checked.
