obs bitrate problem

I'm trying to start a broadcast on several platforms. The broadcast freezes and slows down. I looked at multiple outputs and it turns out there are no bitrates at all, tell me when the problem will be solved?

The bitrate parameter is only available when enabling the standalone encoder, not shared.

By the way, it seems the localization is broken for your language.
Which one are you using?
