CuteMusic is a simple,lightweight and open-source offline music player app for Android written in Jetpack Compose & Media3
CuteMusic is currently in its first versions, which means:
- You may want to keep your main music player for now, as CM lacks some features notably metadata editing and may be unstable!
- ANY bug reports / issues will be taken into consideration
- Code might messy/incomprehensible. Cleanup will be done as time goes on
I'm not perfect, I have school, a personnal life, hard times etc... I may not be able to bring bug fixes & features immediately, but will do my best to do so.
- Lightweight (~2.3 Mb APK size, this is subject to change overtime)
- No unnecessary permissions needed ! ()
- Material 3/You & Monet theming !
- Very fast and snappy !
CuteMusic was officialy tested on :
- HyperOS v1.0.4 / Android 14 (sosauce)
- MikuUI TDA / Android 13 (AOSP with Miku Hatsune painted on it basically) (sosauce)
- PixelExperience / Android 13 (sosauce)
- Realme UI Go / Android 11 Go Edition (sosauce)
Open an issue if you want to be an "official tester" and get your ROM/device on this list
No real roadmap ! Only user suggestions and features I'll want!
