This concept Python program is designed to provide an opinionated analysis report of a document, influenced by personality traits specified in a personality.json file. The program involves several key steps, which are orchestrated through a graphical user interface (GUI) built using Tkinter.
Firstly, the program initializes by ensuring necessary NLTK data files are downloaded for text processing. It then sets up the global variables and loads the personality traits from the personality.json file. This JSON file contains different personality models and their traits, with options for each trait. The selected options are used to influence the analysis.
The user interacts with the program through the GUI. They can load a document, which can be in text, Word, or PDF format. The document's content is read and displayed in the GUI. Once the document is loaded, the user can click on the "Analyze Document" button to generate the analysis report.
When the document is analyzed, the program tokenizes the text and removes common stopwords and punctuation to focus on meaningful words. It then identifies the most frequent words in the document, which helps in understanding the key themes and topics. The emotional tone of the document is assessed by comparing the frequency of positive and negative words.
The core of the analysis is the "Opinionated Analysis" section, which combines insights about the document's content with the selected personality traits. This section includes an introduction, key themes, emotional tone, structure, language, and a summary of the personality traits. The report is displayed in the GUI, and the user can choose to export it as a text file.
