Anomalies added in peer review do not save - related to ticket 669

In the peer review process, adding an anomaly in the "Pathology" panel and hitting save does not result in a tic-mark next to pathology, as occurs when adding a measurement in the "Measurement" panel. This is likely related to the fact that changes made in the "Pathology" panel do not show up for the initial analyst when they are reviewing peer review comments (see #669)

For an example, see https://www.coracore.org/skeletalelements/55671/review

This matters because anomalies could be used to morphologically associate elements that do not directly articulate or pair match.

Edited to add - these changes are visible to the analyst, and she was able to accept them, but she only knew to check the pathology panel to see these changes because of an email. The check box and/or number indicating something had been checked and/or changed by the peer reviewer did not show up to notify her. This issue also occurred for at least one element where the peer reviewer selected a different age fusion score than the analyst.
