Cannot delete Locality Name Alias using the form

We are unable to edit fields for Locality Name Alias Table. We have these fields on a subform in the locality form. I delete data and save the record the data still appears in this record.

I’m using Specify 6.8.03

This cannot be recreated in the same database in Specify v7.8.8

Specify 6.8.03, added default Locality Detail Alias view and subview
