Description of problem:
Just a minor thing, because of the boss shuffle, the eye boss from Dark World Dungeon 2 was in the room in ganon's tower where the Desert worm boss is usually a refight. The doors opened after I killed all the little clouds around it, rather than when I killed the boss.
This is a known "feature" of Enemizer and is a direct result of how enemies are tagged as "alive" or "dead."
All "alive" mobs are gone when Arrghus leaves the screen and no Puffs remain and thus the door opens.
