Sporniket's protoboard is a custom prototyping board with 976 points arranged like a breadboard, that fits inside a 10cm×11cm rectangle.

This is a project designed with Kicad, version 7.

2. What should you know before using Sporniket's protoboard ?

Sporniket's protoboard is designed using Kicad, version 7.

Do not use Sporniket's protoboard if this project is not suitable for your project.

3. How to use Sporniket's protoboard ?

From sources

To get the latest available models, one must clone the git repository.

git clone https://github.com/sporniket/protoboard.git

Then, open the project in Kicad.

From github releases

A github schematic only release (with schematics in the release tag and name) will provide a PDF of the schematics

A github regular release will provide :

  • A standalone Kicad project
  • A PDF of the schematics
  • A PDF of the silkscreen
  • If applicable, a Gerber for boardmanufacturer. Some details may have been adapted for a specific manufacturer.
  • If applicable, a BOM, and pick an place files, likely for a specific manufacturer too.
