bokeh_SAGE2

This repository holds the bokeh_SAGE2 plugin for rendering Bokeh server graphs in real time and native resolution in SAGE2.

Setup

Place this plugin in you sage apps folder.
Update the instructions.json for the correct bokeh document and server IP (defaults to localhost) IMPORTANT: make sure to only change localhost, leave the :5006.
Use the provided ipython notebook to test the server connection, making sure to also update the URL in the notebook.
