Southern Ocean-Scale Analysis

Here I've compiled my code for some preliminary data analysis on southern ocean scale variables, including marine aerosol optical depth (MAOD), depolarization ratio (sea ice), chlorophyll-a concentration, and wind speed. This research is still in the works, but what is interesting is that the spatial clustering of MAOD & sea ice, MAOD & wind speed, and sea ice & chlorophyll-a concentration is significant. More work to follow!

Seasonal Climatology to show spatial patterns:

Chlorophyll-a concentration: SO_CHLA_Climatology_1_1

Sea Ice: SO_DepolRatio_Climatology_1_1_colorsedited

Wind Speed: SO_Wind_Climatology_1_1

Marine Aerosol Optical Depth: SO_MOD_Climatology_1_1_landmasked
