Requirements

• NodeJs

Installation

$ git clone https://github.com/sridhar-sp/firebase-admin-utils
$ cd firebase-admin-utils
$ yarn install

Setup

• Create a .env file (refer .env.Example file)
• Paste the google service account json content to key FIREBASE_CONFIG
• Now you are good to go

Firestore utils

Upload document to firestore

• Add json or csv file to the assets folder then run the below command with the document path (-d) and file path (-f)
• Document path can be nested path also (like rooms/roomA/messages/message1 ... )

 yarn setupEnv && fs-admin-firestore-upload -d cities/tamilnadu -f assets/cities.json
