Creates outlined buttons with rolloever and pressed effects. Multiple set up parameters set up in the Inspector
3 predefined 'themes' Edit theme list in inspector behaviour and the methods selectFillColour, selectLineColour and selectTextColour to add more themes
Rudimentary icon support - will draw an icon to the left of button -- further updates on this in the future...
