Buildable Sequences Provides the `gen:buildable' generic interface that, when combined with `gen:sequence', is enough to write a generic version of `map', `filter', etc. Allows for sequences that are built compositionally (e.g. lists) or allocated then modified in-place (e.g. vectors).
