Extensions to Discourse for https://discourse.mc-stan.org
Currently includes:
- A "Needs love" menu item leading to search for unanswered topics
- A banner directing attention of users with trust level 3 or more to topics that are unanswered if there are too many of them
- A custom message showing that private messages can (in theory) be read by admins.
