Create receipts with a bitcoin QR code

Required packages:
- python
- qrcode4.0.4 from https://pypi.python.org/pypi/qrcode
- PyQt4

For the lazy:
- Get the latest WinPython. It already has PyQt.
- Download qrcode package. Install with "python setup.py install"

To run the code do: "python main.py"
Change the payout address at start of initUI in main.py first.
