This is a simple chat application using Python and the micro-framework Flask for the backend, Flask-socketio for websockets, and React/Redux for the frontend.
This uses create-react-app. You must run:
npm install or yarn for node modules
npm run build or yarn build to create static js and css files.
Run the run.sh file or enter the commands below:
$ virtualenv venv
$ source venv/bin/activate
$ pip install -r requirements.txt
$ python app.py
The app will be served from localhost:5000
