gcp-loadbalancer-proxy provides an HTTP-to-insecure-HTTPS proxy.
For example, this can be helpful when deploying GCP LoadBalancer health checks, which currently only support HTTP targets.
Default options support use as a proxy for HA Kubernetes master health checks.
