Alpha-version Plugin. Reorder Sublime Paragraphs By Date
The first part of each paragraph should have a citation call: \cite{BIBTEX ENTRY} (will accept \cite, \citep, \citet, \citealt, etc). Will ignore paragraphs without this starting string. Must also provide a bibtex library file that contains those entries.
