The purpose of this repo is to choose an appropriate continuous-time signal model for the actual system and using the data file student.mat, derive its parameters either employing Matlab’s fminsearch function or the Chen-Li-Ding scheme introduced earlier. The file student.mat contains the variables t (time vector), r(input signal vector) and cn (output response signal vector). These variables are related as follows: for index i, the corresponding time, input and output values are t(i), r(i) and cn(i) respectively.
