compile HiveWE for macOS (make OS independent)

HiveWE should be buildable for macOS, in addition to Windows. This would solve a major gap for macOS users--namely there is no modern macOS World Editor. Warcraft III does run on the most modern macOS but Blizzard probably won't (ever) release a macOS World Editor.
Will work on this in the future.
It appears this wont be possible for the main branch of HiveWE since MacOS doesn't support OpenGL 4.5. The 3.3 branch might be compiled for it, but I got no Mac so I would need someone to do that.
While we're at it, having it compile on Linux as well would make others happy as well. I'm new to war3 modding but afaik there are command line options for directly loading maps aren't there? So wrapping it up in a script with wine for testing the map would work I guess.
At least #PortWc3ToLinuxMovement on discord would be happy about it :P
