This project will provide a Java toolset for downloading and handling NCBI data. First starting with Medline and PubMedCentral. We will also add some classes for sematic enrichement of that data. Stay tuned!
To be able to download the baseline data, you need to have a license from NIH. You can request it here:
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/databases/license/license.html
You have to specify the IP addresses from which you plan to download the data.
