Reproduction steps
Using https://github.com/loganmarchione/docker-postfixrelay as an smtp relay server
Configure SMTP
Expected behavior
Empty Username/Password is allowed
Actual Behavior
Application requires username/password in form entry

I've added the option to provide empty credentials in v0.18.0.
