[sandstorm] Lock yaw based on current gyro angle for cargo ship sandstorm

  • take away yaw control from Jack and lock the robot so the left camera is pointed at the cargo ship
  • fwd/back should be such that forward is towards the cargo ship
    • figure out gyro offset/targetYaw from current gyro position
