Front-end of the salmo-trutta database, a project between the Genetic and Biodiversity Research Group and GRIHO research group, University of Lleida(UdL).
The project objective is to construct, with the SttDB-server github project, a web page to visualize, compare and provide information about DNA sequences of the salmo-trutta specie.
This project was generated with Angular CLI version 1.5.0.
Run ng serve for a dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:4200/. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.
Contributing implies using pull request, and must contain issue features/solved problems. The master branch contains a working on code, and the releases contain stable code.
Run ng generate component component-name to generate a new component. You can also use ng generate directive|pipe|service|class|guard|interface|enum|module.
Run ng build to build the project. The build artifacts will be stored in the dist/ directory. Use the -prod flag for a production build.
