Backend of the salmo-trutta database, a project between the Genetic and Biodiversity Research Group and GRIHO research group, University of Lleida(UdL).
The project objective is to construct, with the SttDB-client github project, a web page to visualize, compare and provide information about DNA sequences of the salmo-trutta specie.
You will need Spring, mongodb and maven. The master branch has the work in progress code, while the releases contain the stable features. A pull request must contain issue features/solved problems.
