The bills that never were. Uses open data from Govtrack to generate random new bills for Congress to pass.
You'll need Twitter API keys, as specified in the Twit
documentation and created in Twitter's app
management console. Add those to a .env file like
so:
TWITTER_CONSUMER_KEY=your_consumer_key
TWITTER_CONSUMER_SECRET=your_consumer_secret
TWITTER_ACCESS_TOKEN=your_access_token
TWITTER_ACCESS_TOKEN_SECRET=your_access_token_secret
Then:
npm install
npm start
