Misplaces players closer to you so you get a reach effect on your opponent

Commands:
/night amount - Change distance that it misplaces.
Ex: /night 0.4 for 3.4 reach
/day min max chance - Change KB amount.
Ex: /day 0.7 1 0.3 - 70%-100% randomized KB with 30% chance of it happening
RSHIFT + DELETE = SELF DESTRUCT.
DOES NOT COME UP IN ARROW KEY COMMANDS.
BYPASSES REACHDISPLAYMOD.
THIS IS A FIX FOR THE SELF-DESTRUCT THAT DOESN'T WORK ON macOS X.
