Setting up the environment
For a first installation use:
conda env create -f environment.yml
In order to update the environment (e.g. after adding additional packages to the environment.yml file) from inside the activate env run:
conda env update --prefix ./env --file environment.yml --prune
conda env update -f environment.yml --prune
