This program is intended to function as a customizable fortune teller / magic 8 ball
It started off as just a joke because I wanted to hear the Undertale sound effects play with Dracula quotes. Unfortunately I have no self control and needed an excuse to learn more Rust.
Store all your sfx files in a sub directory of "sfx"
create a txt file with the funny words
create a conf file and follow the formatting below
txtFileName sfxFileSubDirectoryName PrefferedPrintingDelay
