Start todos-service

cd todos-service
npm install
npm start

this will start a service on http://localhost:3000

Start todos

cd todos
yarn install
yarn dev

this will start a frontend on http://localhost:3001

To access Todos UI visit http://localhost:3001 To access graphql apollo dashboard http://localhost:3000/graphql
