This project is a codebase rewrite/enhancment using:
- Peercoin PoS & Bitcoin PoW consensus
- an UDP layer
- an off-chain transaction lock voting system called ZeroTime
- an Incentive Reward voting system
- a client-side blending system called ChainBlender
