How to use

Generate compile flags for YCM
- Set CMAKE_EXPORT_COMPILE_COMMANDS to ON if you are using cmake
```
cmake -DCMAKE_EXPORT_COMPILE_COMMANDS=ON ..
```
- Use 3rd tool bear if you are using makefile
