Adding an aarch64 binary release

I'm getting this error "standard_init_linux.go:228: exec user process caused: exec format error" when I tried running the arm64 image

could you provide an aarch64 binary release so I can build my image?

@dakouan18 this should be fixed with v0.30.2, let me know if that works for you.
