Steps

Open walmart account ( if not)

Download mobile app on your phone and login with your account

Near search icon you can see the bar code scanner button

Scan your receipt bar code or you can enter the receipt number as well.

Now login your walmart account with any PC browser ( Chromes works better)
-
Open your transaction history
-
Rt. Click and inspect and go to console tab.
-
Paste the code from file (walmart purchase history to csv.js)
your browser automatically download the purchase history to csv file
