hello, i want to verify csv content whether include illegal character when the csv is uploading，does miniserve support?

Nope and I think this is out of scope for miniserve. This sounds rather specialized. However, what do you think about some kind of feature that is a post-upload hook that would run a given program on an uploaded file and would return an error in case of exit non-0?
