Unable to download content from file server

So I have a website that’s using miniserve to host a bunch of content, mostly video files (https://archive.thomasvoss.com/3lap-world-records/vids/). If I try to download any of these videos, such as say my-vid.mp4 I’ll get a my-vid.mp4 with a size of 0 bytes and a my-vid.some-stuff.mp4.part which has actual content, but not all of it, and it stays like this forever. I’m running on the latest release of miniserve and have no real idea what might be causing this issue.
