Script for converting CSV to JSON.
Usage:
./csv2json -i <inputfile.csv> [-o <outputfile.json> --to-stdout]
The CSV file used as input must have a header row, or this script doesn't make much sense.
Installation:
# make install
Removal:
# make uninstall
