Scripts to run GAMS benchmark on global solvers.
Scripts are taken from SCIP (scip.zib.de) and slightly modified:
- increased tolerance in bounds consistency check (cmpres.awk)
- changed formula for gap (divide by max(|lb|,|ub|) instead of min(|lb|,|ub|))
