Install

$ npm install --save local-or-home-npmrc

Usage

const npmrcLocation = require('local-or-home-npmrc');

console.log(npmrcLocation());
//=> '/Users/svenlito/code/project/.npmrc'

// And if there is no local .npmrc file:

const npmrcLocation = require('local-or-home-npmrc');

console.log(npmrcLocation());
//=> '/Users/svenlito/.npmrc'
